Nathalie DAUXERRE mainly developed her professional carrier at Barthélémy et associés law firm, known today as Capstan. She later joined Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent’s corporate labor law department.

In addition to her regular professional activity, Nathalie DAUXERRE has been teaching labor law to Master 2 Droit et Pratique des Relations du Travail (Labor Law and Labor Relations Practice) students and to Master 1 Droit de la Protection sociale (Social Welfare Law) students at Université Paris II Panthéon Assas. She also teaches labor law to Master II Juristes d’Entreprise (Corporate Legal Advisors) students at Université de Tours François Rabelais.

She has created a conventional counseling and litigation business with regard to individual and collective labor relations.

She is mostly experienced in labor litigation (both individual and collective procedures), social welfare, labor-related particulars of reorganization plans, collective labor relations law and special statuses (journalists).

Nathalie DAUXERRE provides advice and advocacy to a number of national and international groups and companies as well as associations and local communities in various industrial areas (chemistry, metal industry, accommodation and hotels, office technology, aviation, pharmaceuticals, services and trade, media, IT, banking, clothing, spirits, etc.).
