Founder and managing partner of EUNOMIE AVOCATS law firm, Jérôme DANIEL has a PhD in Law and works as a senior lecturer at Université Paris II – Panthéon Assas. He is a Lawyer at the PARIS Bar.

After some time spent working with the Labor Law teams in Lamy Lexel and EY Law firms, Jérôme DANIEL mainly developed his professional carrier at Barthélémy et associés and Capstan law firms. He later served as head of corporate labor law at Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent law firm.

In addition to his regular professional activity, Jérôme DANIEL remains closely linked to his academic background. After serving as an Allocataire Temporaire d’Enseignement et de Recherche (ATER) [Teaching Assistant – TA] at Université Paris II Panthéon Assas, he has been teaching labor law and social welfare law for 15 years in this same university. He is regularly approached to provide his services at HEC Management and the Ministère du travail (French Labor Department) as member of the examining board for the Concours d’Inspecteur du travail (Labor Inspector Competitive Examination).

He has created an expert counseling and litigation business with regard to individual and collective labor relations.

He is mostly experienced in dealing with the labor-related particulars of reorganization plans, especially labor risk analysis for transfer and acquisition transactions, in collective bargaining practices and employee representative authority management. His proficiency in trade union legislation and economic and social unit (UES) management is held in high regards.

Jérôme DANIEL provides advice on complex collective operations (reorganization plan management, company or branch collective agreements, provisional management, mergers and acquisitions, mobility, incentive plans, equity interests, individual retirement accounts and benefit plans, etc).

Jérôme DANIEL has developed a specific expertise in social welfare law.

He provides advice to a number of national and international groups and companies as well as associations and local communities in various industrial areas (metal industry, accommodation and hotels, office technology, aviation, pharmaceuticals, services and trade, media, IT, banking, clothing, spirits, etc.).

Jérôme DANIEL, further to a great number of vocational training sessions provided to companies and employers’ associations, regularly publishes papers in specialized legal journals and takes part in discussion groups related to the scope of his expertise (Whistleblowing/Souffrance au travail (Suffering at work) project implemented by ESCP Europe, Université Cergy Pontoise and the Institut des hautes études sur la justice ; Cercle des juristes en droit social (CDSE) sur l’égalité professionnelle, le licenciement pour motif économique et la sécurité juridique – Group of labor law experts on equal employment opportunity, layoff procedures and legal certainty).

He is an active member of the Laboratoire de droit social (Labor Law Laboratory) of Université Paris II – Panthéon Assas and takes part in the symposium which is held every year in the Senate.
