Lionel Sébille began his career in the labor law department of Salans/Dentons, before joining Barthélémy et Associés, now Capstan. After working with US law firm Hogan & Hartson/Hogan Lovells, primarily in the social management of transnational mergers and acquisitions), he joined the corporate labor law department of Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent, before co-founding Eunomie Avocats in 2010 with Jérôme Daniel and Nathalie Dauxerre.
Alongside his professional activities, Lionel has been lecturing in labor law for over 18 years as part of the Master’s degree in labor relations law and practice at the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas.
He also provides consultancy and litigation services in individual and collective labor relations, as well as in social security law.
His expertise extends more particularly to labor litigation (both individual and collective) and criminal labor law, the social aspects of transfers, acquisitions and restructuring, and employee savings plans.
Lionel advises and defends private firms of all sizes, both in France and internationally, as well as public entities engaged in industrial or commercial activities, in a wide range of sectors including the nuclear, maritime and iron & steel industries, construction and public works, transport, tourism, hospitality, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, services and trade, retailing, media/press, IT, banking, apparel, and luxury goods.
