Emeric LEMOINE

Emeric Lemoine began his career in 1997 with the law firm Lefol before joining Bureau Francis Lefebvre, now CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, in 2002.
He joined Eunomie Avocats in September 2021.

Emeric advises and litigates in all areas of labor law and social welfare law. He has extensive knowledge of civil procedure and jurisdictions (Industrial Tribunals, Courts of Appeal, Administrative Tribunals, Judicial Tribunals) across France, and is involved on a daily basis in defending businesses in disputes relating to individual or collective labor relations.

Emeric has specific expertise in pre-litigation proceedings (orders on motions, reports, summary proceedings, etc.), particularly in cases relating to non-compete obligations.
He also assists company directors in criminal court proceedings and investigations.

In addition, Emeric defends businesses in disputes relating to URSSAF (French social security contributions collection agency) or to occupational accidents and illnesses.

He advises and defends private firms of all sizes, both in France and internationally, in a range of sectors including industry, health, consultancy, construction and public works, transport, trade, hotels and the media.
